By accessing or using BibBoard.ai ("the Platform"), operated by Digital Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
BibBoard.ai is a race discovery and registration intelligence platform. We aggregate publicly available information about endurance races including marathons, triathlons, obstacle course races, HYROX events, trail runs, cycling events, and other fitness competitions. We provide registration tracking, sell-out alerts, race difficulty ratings, and related tools.
BibBoard.ai does not sell race registrations directly. We provide links to third-party registration platforms (such as RunSignUp, Ironman, and individual race websites) where you can complete your registration. We are not responsible for the registration process, refund policies, or race operations of any third-party event organizer.
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.
BibBoard.ai offers a paid subscription service ("Alerts PRO") that provides additional features including unlimited watchlist capacity, SMS and email alerts, and priority notifications. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe at the rate displayed at the time of purchase ($4.99/month or $39.99/year). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
BibBoard.ai participates in affiliate programs with race registration platforms, hotels, and gear retailers. When you click certain links on our Platform and make a purchase or complete a registration, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence race rankings or recommendations on our Platform. All race rankings are based on objective data including registration speed, difficulty scores, and popularity metrics.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about race registrations, dates, prices, and other details. However, race information is sourced from third-party APIs and websites and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any race information displayed on the Platform. Always verify critical details (registration dates, prices, qualification requirements) directly with the race organizer before making decisions.
All content on BibBoard.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is the property of Digital Holdings LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to missed race registrations, inaccurate sell-out predictions, or reliance on any information provided through the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digital Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
